Why This Matters
Water-related problems in managed buildings do not arrive with a warning. A slow leak behind a riser. A cold water tank that has not been inspected in years. Isolation valves that have never been tested. None of these are visible risks. They are unknown ones, and unknown risks cannot be managed, budgeted for, or reported on.
